Terms of service
These terms apply to every use of bulksmsonline.cc, the BulkSMSOnline console and the REST API. By creating an account you agree to them. They took effect on 2026-11-07.
Updated 2026-11-07
1. The service
BulkSMSOnline lets businesses send SMS messages to mobile numbers in 227 countries from a web console or through a REST API, paid from a prepaid balance at the prices published on the pricing page.
We route each message to the destination network and report its status as the network confirms it. Delivery depends on the destination network and the recipient's handset being reachable.
2. Your account
An account is identified by an account key generated in your browser at sign-up. Keep it safe: anyone with the key can use the account, and the key is shown only once. A saved copy is the way back into the account.
Each network address can open up to 3 accounts. You are responsible for everything sent from your account and for keeping API keys and webhook secrets private.
3. Balance and payments
The balance is prepaid in US dollars. Top-ups range from $40 to $5,000 per payment and are made through our crypto checkout. A first top-up bonus, when offered, is added to the balance together with the payment.
The balance pays for messages to every destination. It is used inside the service and is not exchanged back for money; refunds for failed and canceled messages are returned to the balance, as the refund policy describes.
4. Prices
Each destination has one price per SMS segment. The console and the API show the full cost of a campaign before it is sent, and that amount is taken from the balance when the campaign is queued.
Prices may change for new campaigns; a changed price never applies to a campaign that was already priced and queued. The date of the current price list is shown on the pricing page.
5. Sending rules
You send only messages your recipients expect, to numbers you are allowed to contact, and you follow the acceptable use policy and the laws of the destination country.
Marketing messages include a way to opt out. The console offers an opt-out line you can add with one tick, and you stop sending to people who opted out.
6. API
The API is available to accounts with a credited top-up. Each key may make 300 requests a minute. Keep your integration within the documented limits so every customer enjoys a fast queue.
7. Support
Support works through tickets in the console. Quote the campaign, message or payment code so we can find the record straight away.
8. Suspension
We may pause an account that sends messages against the acceptable use policy or that puts recipients or networks at risk. We tell you the reason through a support ticket whenever we can.
9. Liability
We work to deliver every message quickly and report its status accurately. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the messages concerned. We are not liable for losses caused by networks, handsets or events outside our control.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes with each update, and the changelog lists changes that affect how the service works.
