Refund policy
You pay only for messages that leave the queue and reach the destination network. This policy explains when money goes back to your balance automatically.
Updated 2026-11-07
Failed messages
When a message cannot be delivered and the network reports it as failed, its full price returns to your balance automatically. The campaign page shows the refund next to the number.
Canceled scheduled campaigns
A scheduled campaign canceled before its start time is refunded in full to the balance, in the console or with the API cancel endpoint.
Tests
A test to one number is a real message charged at that destination's price, and a failed test is refunded like any other message.
Top-ups
Top-ups from $40 to $5,000 are added to the balance once the payment network confirms the transfer. If a payment arrives with a different amount, our team credits the amount received; write a support ticket with the payment code if anything looks different from what you sent.
The balance is used for messages and stays in your account for future campaigns. Refunds described on this page are always made to the balance.
Bonus
A first top-up bonus is added together with the payment and is used like the rest of the balance for messages to any destination.
Questions
Open a support ticket in the console with the campaign or payment code and we will review it.
