How do you top up your bulk SMS balance?
Step 1
Open Top up
Sign in and open Top up in the console. With a zero balance, the overview and a bar on every console page lead there in one click.
Step 2
Pick an amount
Choose a card from $40 or type any amount up to $5,000. The first top-up shows its bonus on each card.
Step 3
Pick a coin
Select the coin and network you will pay with. The checkout shows the exact amount to six decimals and the address.
Step 4
Send the payment
Send exactly the amount shown from your wallet or exchange within 60 minutes. The last digits identify your payment.
Step 5
Balance added
After the network confirms the transfer, the top-up and any bonus appear in Billing and the balance is ready to use.

Your balance
How the balance is used
Every campaign is priced before it is queued and the total is taken from the balance at that moment. Messages that cannot be delivered, and scheduled campaigns you cancel, return to the balance automatically, so the balance always reflects what was really sent.

Sending from an exchange
Some exchanges take their withdrawal fee from the amount you send. Make sure the amount that arrives equals the amount shown in the checkout, to six decimals, so the payment is matched to your top-up at once.

Billing in the console lists every checkout you started, its status and every balance change. Quote the payment code in a support ticket and we can find the transfer straight away.
